4. Shipping, Returns, and Hygiene Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products and health regulations:
- All Sales Final for Opened Products: Returns are only accepted for items that are unopened, unused, and in original factory-sealed packaging within 30 days.
- Hygiene Seal: Once the hygiene seal is broken, the product is non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
- Returns Address: Please contact our support team before sending any items back. Authorized returns must be sent to our NJ Logistics Center mentioned in Section 1.
