At iSensualFlow, we prioritize the health and safety of our community. Due to the intimate nature of our products and international hygiene standards, we enforce a strict return policy to guarantee that every customer receives a pristine, sanitary product.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

Unopened & Factory Sealed: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. The product must remain in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals or shrink-wrap intact.

Hygiene & Safety: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any item where the tamper-evident seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.

IMPORTANT – PRE-AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED: We do not accept unsolicited returns. DO NOT ship any items directly to the New Jersey address without contacting our support team first. Unannounced packages sent to Perth Amboy will be automatically rejected and cannot be processed for a refund. You must contact us to obtain a formal return authorization and the designated return address.
2. Quality Guarantee & Warranty
We are committed to providing high-quality products. All items are covered by a 30-day warranty effective from the date of receipt.

Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning, please contact us immediately with clear photographic or video evidence of the fault.

Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. In most cases, a return of the defective product is not required.

Note: Please retain all original packaging and the product until your claim has been fully processed.
3. Return Shipping & Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot process refunds for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Exclusions

Change of Mind: Due to the nature of adult products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the product has been opened or the seal is broken.

Claims Limit: Our after-sales service is limited to one claim per order.

Split Shipments: If your order arrives incomplete, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the remaining parcels to arrive.
How to Process a Return

Submit a Request: Contact our support team via email with your Full Name, Order Number, and reason for return.

Secure Packaging: Once approved, ensure the unopened item is packed in its original box.

Important: DO NOT return the package to the New Jersey address or the address on the shipping label. We will provide a specific regional warehouse address via email. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Dispatch: Provide our team with the Tracking Number after dropping off the package.

Inspection & Refund: Upon arrival, we will inspect the hygiene seal. Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
